This is a vegan tortilla with @the_amaze_foods “meet” strips.
I just put potatoes in the oven, stir-fry the strips and cooked some vegetables. I added a fresh green salat leaf, corn, beans, mayo and homemade barbecue sauce and enjoyed the meal! ?
